Astros ecstatic to have Verlander in postseason

Justin Verlander, who had to waive his full no-trade clause to join the Astros at the waiver deadline, has since done his part, with plans to build on his already booming beginnings in Houston when he takes the mound for a start against right-hander Luis Severino and the Yankees in Game 2 of the American League Championship Series presented by Camping World on Saturday at Minute Maid Park.
