Austin apologizes for father’s Twitter gripes

Tyler Austin last tweeted on April 30 about drinking “some sweet tea” in Houston. But recently he’s soured on Twitter for an entirely different reason. Austin’s father caused a stir on Twitter after a user took screenshots of tweets seeming to complain about the playing time of former Yankee teammate, Greg Bird. As a result, Austin all but apologized for his father’s tweets Tuesday before the Twins’ game with the White Sox.
