Backup? Bucs’ Fitzpatrick tosses 4 TDs in win

Ryan Fitzpatrick threw for 402 yards and four TDs in Tampa Bay’s improbable win over the Eagles. Fitzpatrick, filling in during Jameis Winston’s three-game suspension, has thrown for 8 TDs and rushed for another and the Bucs are off to a 2-0 start.
