Bailey to have surgery to repair forearm injury

Reds pitcher Homer Bailey will have surgery to repair a small tear in the flexor mass tendon near his right forearm on Friday morning. A timetable isn’t specific, but Bailey is expected to be ready for the start of Spring Training.
