Bieber earns first W as Tribe takes series finale
Indians No. 3 prospect Shane Bieber earned his first Major League win against the Twins on Sunday. He pitched 5 2/3 innings, allowing only one run on 10 hits with seven strikeouts. Tyler Naquin tied the with a single in the second inning, then Yan Gomes provided the go-ahead run with a bases-clearing double for a 4-1 lead in the third. Jake Odorizzi (3-4) gave up four runs over five innings, but the Twins took two of three in the series.
