Black ‘comfortable’ heading into final year of contract
As the Padres move forward this offseason, trying to greatly improve a team that hasn’t been to the playoffs since 2006, new upper management has yet to progress on one major issue: extending manager Bud Black’s contract as it heads into its final year.
