Blue Jays sign three to Minors deals with invites

The Blue Jays signed three players — right-handed pitcher Wilton Lopez, outfielder Caleb Gindl and infielder Jake Fox — to Minor League contracts Friday, with each receiving invites to Major League Spring Training.
