Brad Stevens: Full recovery, but no timetable for Gordon Hayward return to Boston Celtics lineup

BOSTON — Boston Celtics coach Brad Stevens says Gordon Hayward is expected to make a full recovery from the gruesome injury he sustained in the team’s opener.
