Braves sign Carrera to Minor League deal

The Braves have picked up another outfield option, as a source confirmed to MLB.com that Atlanta signed Ezequiel Carrera to a Minor League deal on Tuesday. Carrera will receive an invite to the Braves’ Major League camp in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
