Briere’s goal in last second lifts Avs to 2-1 win over Bruins

BOSTON – Daniel Briere scored off a rebound with four-tenths of a second left in the third period to lift the Colorado Avalanche to a 2-1 win over the Boston Bruins on Monday.

Jamie McGinn also scored for the Avalanche, who had opened the sea…
