Buxton demoted to Triple-A; Polanco returns

The Twins returned outfielder Byron Buxton from his rehab assignment, reinstated him from the 10-day disabled list and optioned him to Triple-A Rochester. The club also reinstated shortstop Jorge Polanco from the restricted list after serving his 80-game suspension for violating Major League Baseball’s Joint Drug Prevention and Treatment Program.
