Buxton (foot injury) scratched from rehab game

Byron Buxton was scratched from Class A Advanced Fort Myers’ lineup Monday, as he fouled a ball off his foot during Sunday’s game and will be re-evaluated. Buxton was slated to play center field in rehab games on Monday and Tuesday before a potential return to the Twins on Wednesday. If the foot injury isn’t considered serious, he could still return Wednesday in New York, but his status is unclear.
