Can the Browns mimic the (now-good) Sixers?

The Cleveland Browns fired GM Sashi Brown amid an analytics-focused approach that has yet to produce results. The Browns are following a similar path to the NBA Philadelphia 76ers — right down to the deposed GM who figures to eventually deserve credit.
