Caps fan gives raffle winnings to Pitt victims fund

A Capitals fan who won the 50/50 raffle at Capital One Arena decided to honor the victims of the Oct. 27 shooting in Pittsburgh by donating his winnings to the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh.
