Cardinals, ace Mikolas agree on 4-year extension

Pitcher Miles Mikolas and the St. Louis Cardinals have agreed on a four-year contract extension, the team announced Tuesday. The extension, worth $68 million according to ESPN and multiple reports, begins in 2020.
