Cards rally in 7th to solve Fulmer, take finale

The Cardinals rallied for five runs in the seventh inning off Tigers starter Michael Fulmer — who had pitched five perfect frames to start the game — to secure the win in the finale at Comerica Park. Kolten Wong, Carson Kelly and Jose Martinez knocked RBI singles, while Yairo Munoz and Matt Carpenter added sacrifice flies. John Gant dealt 6 2/3 strong innings for St. Louis, yielding only two runs in the seventh on a Mikie Mahtook groundout and a Ronny Rodriguez double. Carlos Martinez notched his second save for the Cards.
