Charlotte Hornets sign free agent Tony Parker

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte Hornets President of Basketball Operations & General Manager Mitch Kupchak announced Monday that the team has signed free-agent guard Tony Parker. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
