Colon, Plouffe back on Minors deals

The Texas Rangers today announced that the club has re-signed right-handed pitcher Bartolo Colon to a minor league contract. Infielder Trevor Plouffe has also re-signed with the Rangers on a minor league deal. Both players have been assigned to the roster of the Triple-A Round Rock Express.
