Colts ask NFL to put McNary on exempt list

The Indianapolis Colts have asked the NFL to place Josh McNary on the exemption list Thursday after the backup linebacker was charged with rape, criminal confinement with bodily injury and battery resulting in bodily injury on Wednesday.
