Competition for Manager of Year is steep

They deftly guided 100-win juggernauts and surprise postseason entrants. Now it’s time for two of them to be recognized for their excellence at a tough job. The American and National League Manager of the Year Awards will be announced Tuesday at 6 p.m. ET on MLB Network, with the results based on voting by the Baseball Writers Association of America.
