Crane: Luhnow recently received contract extension

Astros owner Jim Crane acknowledged Tuesday that general manager Jeff Luhnow received a contract extension recently, though Crane didn’t divulge the length of the deal or when it was done. Luhnow was hired as general manager three years ago.
