D-backs re-sign Delgado to one-year deal

The D-backs avoided arbitration Monday by reaching an agreement on a one-year deal with right-hander Randell Delgado. Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed, but MLBTradeRumors.com projected he will earn $2.5 million in 2018.
