Dean Blandino: Jimmy Graham should’ve been flagged

Jimmy Graham argued Sunday that he was incorrectly flagged for pass interference in Sunday’s 27-24 loss to the 49ers, but NFL vice president of officiating Dean Blandino disagrees.
