Desmond, Blackmon triple Rockies to victory
Ian Desmond and Charlie Blackmon had key triples to lead the Rockies to an 11-2 victory over the Braves on Friday night at SunTrust Park. Both Desmond and Blackmon finished with three hits nights, as Kyle Freeland impressed on the mound, striking out nine in six innings of one-run ball.
