Dodgers injury updates: Maeda, Kershaw, Hill

It was a busy Wednesday for recovering Dodgers pitchers, as Kenta Maeda was activated off the disabled list, Clayton Kershaw threw a bullpen session and Rich Hill was cleared for a Minor League rehab start.
