Dodgers set NL record with 7 20-HR players
Matt Kemp hit a home run for the record books night Wednesday against the Rockies when he launched a solo shot into the left-field seats in the second inning at Dodger Stadium. Kemp’s home run gave him 20 on the season. It also gave the Dodgers a National League-record seven players with at least 20 home runs in a single season. The feat has been accomplished six times in the American League, most recently by last year’s Orioles.
