Double-turned-homer highlights Astros’ big 3rd
A two-run home run by left fielder Marwin Gonzalez capped a four-run outburst for the Astros in the third inning of Tuesday’s game against the Mariners. Seattle starter Mike Leake retired six of the first seven hitters he faced before the Astros sent seven batters to the plate in the third, taking a 4-0 lead.
