Doug Martin, Gerald McCoy likely out for Buccaneers

NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reports that running back Doug Martin (knee) and defensive tackle Gerald McCoy (hand) are both unlikely to play against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
