Drew Stanton out for Cardinals; Ryan Lindley to start

Arizona Cardinals coach Bruce Arians announced Thursday that quarterback Drew Stanton will miss the team’s playoff matchup against the Carolina Panthers, making way for Ryan Lindley to start.
