Dyson to miss rest of year with pelvic surgery
Mariners center fielder Jarrod Dyson did not accompany the team on its seven-game road trip starting Monday against the Rangers, and instead, he will undergo season-ending surgery to repair a problem in his pelvic area that has plagued him the past three weeks.
