Estrada faces just three batters before departing

The Blue Jays lost yet another starting pitcher on Tuesday night when right-hander Marco Estrada was forced to leave in the first inning because of an apparent injury. Estrada faced just three batters before Blue Jays manager John Gibbons ran onto the field with one of the club’s trainers to check on his ailing pitcher. After a brief meeting on the mound, Estrada walked off the field with his head hung low as he became the latest victim in Toronto’s injury woes.
