Frazier, Kingham optioned; Cervelli day to day

With Ivan Nova activated off the disabled list and Francisco Cervelli’s status uncertain, the Pirates made a series of roster moves before Sunday’s series finale at Wrigley Field. Pittsburgh optioned Nick Kingham and Adam Frazier to Triple-A Indianapolis, activated Nova to start Sunday’s game and recalled catcher Jacob Stallings from Indianapolis.
