Giants want balance of offense, defense in OF
Giants general manager Bobby Evans admitted Monday that, when weighing the acquisition of an outfielder, the ballclub might have to consider a performer who’s lacking defensively if he’s competent offensively. Of course, the Giants would prefer not to make that sacrifice.
