Godley escapes jams, offense stays hot vs. Mets

Paul Goldschmidt and Daniel Descalso each homered, and Zack Godley pitched into the seventh as the D-backs topped the Mets 7-3 on Friday for their 11th win in their last 14 games. Mets righty Seth Lugo allowed five runs in five innings as New York has lost 17 of its past 20 games.
