Hamilton exits game with apparent thumb injury

Reds center fielder Billy Hamilton exited Wednesday’s game against the Brewers at Great American Ball Park in the third inning because of an apparent left thumb injury. Hamilton was taken to get an MRI exam to help diagnose the injury.
