Hardy stymies White Sox to seal series win

Blaine Hardy continued his strong run in the Tigers’ rotation with seven innings of one-run ball to take down the White Sox in the series finale. Grayson Greiner, Dixon Machado and Nicholas Castellanos had RBIs for the Tigers, who took two out of three from Chicago. James Shields was solid over seven innings for the White Sox, allowing three runs on five hits and three walks.
