Injury roundup: Andre Johnson (concussion) ruled out

Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson was ruled out for the remainder of Sunday’s game with a concussion. The Pro Bowl wide receiver suffered the concussion on a helmet-to-helmet hit against the Jaguars.
