Jaguars WR Shorts (hamstring) out at Eagles

The Jacksonville Jaguars will be without their best receiver in Sunday’s season opener against Philadelphia after announcing Saturday afternoon that Cecil Shorts will not travel with the team because of tightness in his left hamstring.
