Jurado, Rangers stifle Seattle in 3-hit shutout
Rangers right-hander Ariel Jurado relies heavily on his sinker, but he had it working well on Thursday night. Jurado held the Mariners scoreless through six innings and picked up the win as the Rangers held on for a 2-0 victory at Safeco Field. Jurado allowed two hits, did not walk a batter and struck out three.
