Keller continues rookie roll in Detroit

Royals rookie Brad Keller held the Tigers to one run over seven innings and allowed just three hits — all singles — in Kansas City’s win on Sunday at Comerica Park. Adalberto Mondesi homered in the first inning to back Keller, and Cam Gallagher added a two-run bloop single in the sixth. Nicholas Castellanos and Victor Reyes collected RBIs for Detroit.
