Kemp’s 5 hits, 3-run HR lead LA’s rout of Bucs

On Monday night, Dodger Stadium showered Matt Kemp with chants of “M-V-P!” as the Los Angeles outfielder put together one of the best performances of his career. Kemp tallied a career-high five hits, including a three-run homer, helping the Dodgers to a 17-1 victory over the Pirates. The five hits pushed Kemp’s hitting streak to eight straight at-bats.
