Mallex powers up to rip 2nd HR of season
Mallex Smith went deep in the fourth inning of Wednesday night’s Rays-Yankees contest at Yankee Stadium. Smith’s second home run of the season, a two-run shot, came on the first pitch he saw from Luis Cessa, giving the Rays a 5-1 lead and chasing the Yankees’ starter.
