Maple Leaf recall McKegg as forwards Lupul and Holland suffer injuries

TORONTO – Maple Leafs forward Joffrey Lupul was placed on injured reserve Thursday after suffering a lower-body injury in a 4-3 shootout victory over Boston a day earlier.

Lupul was hurt in the second period and will return to Toronto for fur…
