Mariners avoid arbitration with Santana

Recently acquired outfielder Domingo Santana has agreed to a $1.95 million salary for 2019 with the Mariners, USA Today reported on Thursday, which leaves left-hander Roenis Elias as the only arbitration-eligible player still negotiating a deal with the club for the coming season.
