Mariners sign Lowe, 2 others to Minor League deals

Right-handed reliever Mark Lowe is one of three players with Major League experience who have signed Minor League deals with camp invites, the Mariners announced Thursday. The others are right-handed pitcher Justin Germano and infielder Carlos Rivero.
