Mattingly must be ready to adjust rotation

Don Mattingly said that he plans to start Dan Haren in Game 4 of the NLDS against the Cardinals, but Haren will prepare to pitch in relief in Monday’s Game 3 if he is needed. With a loss, Mattingly would likely call on Clayton Kershaw on Tuesday.
