Mets activate David Wright from disabled list

David Wright’s journey back from neck, back and shoulder injuries reached perhaps the most rewarding stage for the longtime third baseman, as the Mets activated their captain from the 60-day disabled list ahead of the club’s game against the National League East champion Braves on Tuesday.
