Minor lowers WHIP to Nolan Ryan’s level

Rangers left-hander Mike Minor continues to “whip” it in his first season as a starter since 2014. Minor held the Angels to two runs in five-plus innings and earned his 11th win in the Rangers’ victory on Tuesday night at Globe Life Park.
