Nats’ streak at 5 thanks to Turner, Zim HRs

The Nationals enjoyed a 4-game sweep of the Pirates after a 3-1 win in the finale on Thursday at Nationals Park. Jeremy Hellickson was excellent through two turns of the Bucs’ lineup, and homers by Trea Turner and Ryan Zimmerman provided all the offense. A rested bullpen trio of Brandon Kintzler, Ryan Madson and Sean Doolittle closed out the victory to extend the Nationals’ winning streak to 5 games.
