NBA fines Marcus Smart $15,000 for criticizing officials

NEW YORK — Boston Celtics guard Marcus Smart has been fined $15,000 for public criticism of the officiating, it was announced today by Kiki VanDeWeghe, Executive Vice President, Basketball Operations.
